  • If a project is cancelled by the client before work commencement, the refund (if any) will be processed after deducting administrative and processing charges.

Digital Products & Pre-made Templates

  • Refund requests for pre-made templates and digital products must be raised within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Refunds will only be considered if the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or used.
  • Once accessed or delivered, no refund shall be applicable.

Duplicate / Failed Transactions

  • In case of duplicate payments, failed transactions, or technical errors, the excess amount will be refunded after proper verification.
  • Verified refunds will be processed within 7–10 business working days to the original mode of payment.

Advertising & Marketing Services

  • Payments made for Meta Ads, paid campaign management, or marketing execution are non-refundable once campaign planning or execution has commenced.
  • Any third-party advertising costs already incurred are strictly non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • All approved refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used at the time of transaction.
